I was fired from my job on august 20th.
on august 1st I had received my annual pay raise and told I had 3 days of PTO.
My increased hourly rate should have gone into for the last pay periods in august.
My last pay check was still at the hourly rate as before my pay raise and there was no PTO included. I was told in California PTO gets paid out when you get fired.
How should I proceed?
