I was terminated after approved medical leave. I’m disabled. Do I have a case?

Going to try my best to keep this as short as possible. I worked for a small family owned business. I’ve worked there for 6 years, I have a perfect record with No write ups or warnings. I had been promoted twice and was in management. Starting in the summer of 2022, my health started declining which led me to working less days a week and requesting shorter shifts. This frustrated my bosses. In January of 2023 I found I needed major surgery (Proctocolectomy). My job offers paid medical leave and maternity leave and has paid out medical leave to other employees before me, this was my first time asking for it. I immediately requested for paid medical leave 6 weeks before surgery. The owner got back to me 5 days before surgery to inform that I was denied paid medical leave (her words: because the company cannot afford it)…

The owner got back to me 5 days before surgery to inform that I was denied paid medical leave (her words: because the company cannot afford it) but I was approved 8 weeks medical leave for job security. Promising me a job when I returned. I found out my coworker that left for maturity leave at the same time as me, was approved for PAID maturity leave for 60 days. I was upset about this, and would have taken this to HR except that the owner is HR. I waited out my 8 weeks with no word from my boss, and decided to wait an extra week before reaching out. I reached out letting them know I was ready to be put on schedule, and my manager said he would look into the schedule and get back with me. 2 weeks later with nothing from them, I reached out again asking for an update and was told I needed to have a discussion with the owner. I knew immediately I was being terminated and I was right, the owner called me the same day and terminated me. I was not given a reason. I live in an At Will state, so technically she can do that. I feel strongly that this was discriminatory given my perfect work record. Thinking about bringing it to the ADA but I’m curious if anyone else thinks I stand a chance.
