Like the title says,
I can make you a doctors note for work for those in a emergency, the note also includes a legit address, phone number, and doctor that will lead to dead ends but have legit voicemails that I set up that I've used for many years for my own personal purposes.
I recently was diagnosed with a bunch of blood disorders so I no longer can work a normal job and have no real use for my system I set up, so I figured I'd help anyone who really needs to no get fired from their job for whatever reason or maybe needs a break.
If your employer just wants a doctor note to put in your file/ due diligence, I guarantee this will work everytime.
If your employer truly wants to make sure your not lying and push deeper to check, the furthest they will get is a confused receptionist who will be able to verify the doctor note is real but will be illegal for them to provide details (especially since they will not be able to obtain any actual details) and your employer will be stuck at a dead end with a legit doctor note.
