If it’s so competitive why won’t you tell me the salary

I run a hospitality group and won't let job ads through without the salary/hourly and contracted hours. These are the current NMW (national minimum wages) in the UK right now. April 2023 £10.42 – 23 and over £10.18 – 21 to 22 £7.49 – 18 to 20 £5.28 – Under 18 £5.28 – Apprentice
