Context: I work in a closed workplace of 11 people. All 11 of us are vaccinated, and we havent masked in about a year, but i guess my HR lady caught a bad case of covid and decided shes reinstating the mandatory masking, against all 11 of our wishes. If I refuse to wear my mask properly (pulled under my nose) and they decide to terminate me, can I sue? Also, this is in New Jersey, and I am NOT an at-will employee, if that makes any difference.
