Which I believe the intent it’s to make it a four day work week of 8 hour shifts. I think companies will still make people work 5 days just 6 hours and 24 minute shifts. They will say some bullshit that even if it’s still 40 hours 4 days just isn’t enough. And sure shorter day is nice but it’s not as good as a 3 days off. Also I think a lot of companies will make everyone salary and still work them 5 days 40 hours at the same yearly pay. Companies will do everything they can to fight it and look for every loophole.
