So I know it’s less work and less people bothering me with questions while I’m making the same amount of money as the other trainer. But I’m starting to get offended. He and I have the same degree, from the same University, graduated the same year, he started this job 6 months before I did but we’ve both been here longer than everyone else
Everyone: the boss and my coworkers walk past me and ask the other trainer for help or a question
They really only come to me if he’s unavailable. It just makes me feel inferior
