I just can't get myself to do overtime on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Where I work, overtime is time and a half as well as Saturdays. Sundays are double time. Yet I never said yes to overtime on those days. I'm single and in my late 20s. Many people say now is the time to be grinding so that when I'm older, I won't have to work as hard but I enjoy my free time too much. I don't mind doing overtime Mon-Thurs though, I've never turned down overtime on those days.
Can anyone else relate? What are your thoughts?
