I manage a bunch of janitors at different office buildings. Tonight 2 of them are out at a building and only 1 is there. I have no one to cover and my boss doesn't seem to want to do anything. What are my options? I let them know yesterday at about my day off already. It's really stressing me out knowing I'll be blamed tomorrow if things don't get done. Do I have to just suck it up and go cover?
Any advice is appreciated. I know this sub is antiwork but I'd like realistic advice if possible. Really can't lose this job. Thank you!
