i'm 16, my work has me scheduled on the 30th to go from 4pm-12am. but i have school. so pretty much, i'm waking up at 6:30 for school, leaving at 7:00, and won't be back home till the next day (school ends at 3 and i'm typically picked up around 3:45). it that even legal? and even if it's not, it's really infuriating because i specifically stated on the application that i do not want to work past 10, and they chose to ignore that.
and if it is illegal, how can i bring this up with my boss? getting to be able to work here was a huge pain so i want to have 0 risk of being fired.
