I’m burnt out

I'm burnt out and I don't know what to do anymore. I work in aerospace landing gear and at first it seemed like a fun cool job. I am the quality coordinator which basically means I'm doc control for the finished products we deliver to our customers. In theory my job should be very easy and only really have relatively mundane tasks to do, in reality my job is a nightmare of untraceable documents and lack of communication through the whole landing gear division. In theory my job should be very easy and only really have relatively mundane tasks to do, in reality my job is a nightmare of untraceable documents and lack of communication through the whole landing gear division. I'm more afraid to fly on planes now than I was before starting this job because of the insanity that is this place. We are still at about a quarter of total employees since the covid layoffs and it's really coming to a head as the fiscal year is coming to an end. All of us are doing the jobs of 3-4 people and upper management keeps talking about increasing production more without adding more bodies. I have stacks of packages surrounding my desk in a way that looks like it's an art statement on the woes of capitalism. I am constantly asked to do the job of others in positions much higher than mine, and am still expected to get all of my projects done in a timely matter. I feel like I'm going to explode
