First of all sorry for my grammar, English is not my first language.
Ever since I started my first Job when I was 17yo I haven’t been able to stay for more than 3 months and voluntarily quit at one point or the other, its been like this for my last 6-8 jobs. At first I’m always excited and happy to learn new things but after a while I just get boreeed and tireed of the same routine doing the same thing for companies that don’t don’t give a shit. I tried everything I can, warehouse, call center, retail, fast food. All types of schedules and shift but nothing. I don’t feel the drive that I see in other people. I sometimes I wonder if im just lazy trying to find an excuse to quit.
