I’m getting hardly any breaks.

I work as a prep cook, and if anyone who has worked in a restaurant will tel you it is super hectic in there. Well yesterday I was told I had to come in every Saturday now and work 11 -9/10. All I get is a 10 minute break. I literally clock out and the machine says “meal period violation”. Because I don’t get breaks
