I work for a large cooperate company. I’ve been there for almost a 2 years. Since then I was supposed to get multiple raised from moving up and getting a promotion but I still have yet to receive any of those.
I obviously told my manager and district manager about this and have kept reminding them to take care of it for months. I cant even imagine the back pay they owe me so I’m not sure why this is taking so long.
To add to this I went on a week vacation two weeks ago, had asked for it off over 8 months before hand and I never received vacation pay for it. Thankfully I did talk to my manager and he said he “forgot” and would fix it.
I should mention that I’m on a contract with this company and if I wanted to leave, I’d have to pay an absurd amount of money and I really don’t want to pay that but I CANT STAND working here anymore. I feel so stuck.
