I work at a restaurant FT, and my schedule is supposed to be 44 hours a week, split in morning and night shifts everyday (which is already though by itself). However I have to get 30 min earlier and leave at least 1 h later in order to help open and close the restaurant, making it 53 h per week. I could live with that, if only my boss wasn't an insuferable fuck that sees days off (I only get 1) as a luxury instead of a right! He says that we workers don't deserve days off and that he should keep all the tips for himself. I work like a dog all day just to hear this type of shit.
I'm done, I'm quitting today.
