I have called , left messages cause you can never get through and all schedules are on this app.
So all this week I am down to zero shifts. I get a email alert at 8am saying Shift starts at 8:30am. Of course I’m asleep when this happens. I wake up around maybe 12pm and see the email.
That’s weird. Ok, I check my phone, no calls, no texts no voicemails. Check the workers app (which is the ONLY way to see your schedule) and I’m not scheduled at all.
Then not a email but a check the app later and I says “I’m a no show”. Wtf?
This place is so backwards it took me two weeks to get them to send me the right link for some online training and only got it when I drove in myself and talked to the owner. I am all for a job but seriously I work harder just knowing when I’m supposed to work and do the additional courses.
