The options in healthcare are vast. You can work 3 12s, 4 10s, or 5 8s depending on what you want. Administration is generally bullshit but managers are good. You can often get further schooling paid for. Sick time and vacation accumulate quickly. You can pick up extra shifts or lay waaay back and just make enough. There’s a lot to be said for it. Just a thought for folks I see with jobs they fuckin hate here.
