Long story short, I was laid off, rehired as contract, reapplied my old position when it came up, got snubbed. Fucking company hired someone half my age and said I was not experienced enough to be rehired. Mind you , I was doing same fucking shit for last 15 years.
Ok, today I was at the fucking job as contract and the NEW guy showed up on his first day.
I told my manager this is fucking bullshit and you guys didn’t have a decency to wait one week before starting this new guy.
My manager replied sorry, but your help was tremendous. I told him, no need to apologize since this was all PLANNED.
This fucking company did a real dirty number on me. My contract ends this week. Should I not show up anymore?
