I'm tired of busting my ass for 12 hours straight and never seeing any results. I'm tired of giving input and my boss and other teammates not caring. I'm tired of being left out of the loop. The toxic production workers have me exhausted all the time. Tired of the backhanded complements.. I'm tired of being forced to host presentations that no one gives a fuck about. Lastly, I'm tired of my sister telling me to “deal with it” because of how much money I make. I've been with this dumpster fire of a company for 5 years.. I'm hoping I get lucky and get some calls from other places I've applied to. I'm ready to explode.
Oh and what do I get for working here for 5 years? 2% raise. This place can go fuck itself.
