To add context, I was sacked for “not being committed to the role”. I had virtually no training nor support in the 3 months working there, the whole sacking process was completely out of the blue, no warnings or meetings prior.
My line manager never wanted to have 1-2-1s nor train me in areas I lacked! The meeting I had for my performance was just a meeting with my line manager, CEO and HR on the day I was sacked!
I’m so annoyed and frustrated as I feel like this was so unjust!
