Long story short I was personally harassed and target by an officer at my previous job. He would sexually harass women and give them unfair treatment if they let him. I filed a formal complaint and he was suspended. He would also yell at me for basically anything that would happen and personally attack me in front of other coworkers. After he was suspended my employer Twrminated my employemet due to petty things.
A small list includes
Not having a second monitor
Not having a scanner, even though I filed a request for one and it was denied.
Not correcting another employees mistakes in a timely manner, this had nothing to do with me.
Etc
So I contacted a labor lawyer immediately and filed a suit against my employer for wrongful termination and another suit against the employee for harassment which led to me being terminated.
Both cases were in discovery last month and in both cases they missed deadlines to provide evidence against my case and tried to file stays to give them more time which were denied by the judge.
They currently have until August 11th to meet deadlines which they can't because I was never written up or counseled about anything.
It's been rough but hopefully I destroy them.
