I was in the hospital for over a week, had surgery, got out, and come to find out my health provider (Sutter Health Sutter Medical Foundation) sent me to collections for a past due bill, they said I wasn't paying fast enough, they claimed a made a monthly payment of $100, $20, $10, etc.
But they wanted $480 a month the bill was for $980, Called them up and spoke to rude customer service reps who told me they sent me to collections for Bad debt and to deal with it with the collection agency, They said next time make bigger payments.
Isn't America's health care great, I pay $600 a month for healthcare and still can't get a break on coverage?
Now I have to deal with the Sharks at Professional Credit Service
