I have received 3 incorrect paychecks from my job just this year. Each check is short by anywhere from $100-$300 and I have to let my manager know so I can receive the rest. Each time they do send me the rest of my check within a couple days but act like it's a hastle and not their fault. Is there any legal action I can take here? I want to quit soon due to this and I feel like it's not a lot to ask to receive the correct paychecks.
