Almost a year ago I slipped and fell on the ice in our yard at work. It had snowed that day and the yard guy hadn’t gotten around to sanding it all-he had other things to do. When I fell I dislocated my knee and knocked the corner of my kneecap off. I’ve been on compo and all is well there-I finally had surgery yesterday.
What I’m pissed about is the fact that my boss seems to be completely ignoring the whole situation. Hasn’t acknowledged my surgery, hasn’t checked on me, etc. I am a manager and have been working in the same office as him for the past couple weeks and he seems to flat out avoid me. I just don’t get it.
