Interviewers who forget phone calls and act like “oops sorry can we reschedule”

Been applying for a lot of IT jobs recently and have had so many instances lately where in a week I maybe have 3-6 interviews, all phone calls or zoom calls and try my best to schedule them around each other so none of them overlap. It's insane how many people I schedule a time and day with days before, and I understand things come up last minute, but it will be 2:30 or so right when they are supposed to call and they don't. When I had this happen just yesterday, I told the person “sorry, I scheduled this meeting around everything else this week, today was the main day I was available and I set aside the time and day to be prepared. I am still able to call until 5pm.

I'm just tired of this lol

Do they not realize how rude this is? I would rather someone calls 15 or 20 minutes late then tries to completely reschedule as if you have nothing else going on because you're job searching, which I feel is a whole job in itself. Anyone else have this happen and how do you normally handle it? I'm not desperate for a job but I usually give people another chance but it's seriously ridiculous to me how much this happens even medium to large size IT companies.
