Background info: Interviewing for a new Marketing position. I want to switch my career into Marketing. I have 2 years of recent marketing internship experience and 2 years of sales experience (my current full time job). I know I don't have a lot of choice in getting a new job due to my lack of experience which makes me feel like I have to take this.

I got a 2nd interview for a Marketing Assistant. Duties seem to kind of stray from actual marketing which raised my first red flag.
This company want me to clear and entire week day to do my second interviews in person with them. I asked if it really takes all day and they said, “It will take at least two hours, but in case we go straight to the third interview, we ask you clear your whole day as with the third interview, it will take all day.”
Is that strange? I feel like if they're already not respecting my time, then it's going to be even worse working there. It makes me not want to go. Not sure if I just hated working though. Also, it's fully in person where as I am fully remote right now.
