I was just thinking about this. The evidence I see around me regarding hard work and the rewards that come with it seem to be dead.
I don’t believe in it anymore. Hard work just seems to be rewarded with more work. Jobs have become this joke where employees seem to have been morphed into modern slaves. Education, hard work they seem to not matter in this day and age. Employers just want to use you as much as they can for their benefit.
When I spend 2h in traffic to go to work and back on top of the 9h I spend there for a barely living salary and I get home exhausted only to see some OnlyFans female making my yearly salary a month or some Twitch streamer making millions I just lose all my motivation in this life.
