Im 27(M) and have been working warehouse jobs for about 5 years. Within these 5 years i have worked at several different warehouses for 3-6 months each. Theres been 2 warehouse jobs that ive stayed at for at least a year. Im someone who doesnt put up with bullshit and once i feel like a company isnt where i want to be at, ill find somewhere else to go immediately. I start a new job tomorrow and given the environment im gonna be in i am already applying for a new job. Ive heard from ppl older than me how bad it is to be moving from job to job, but i dont really see why. Im a good worker and have always had great attendance. If anything these jobs werent good enough for me. Im just wondering, is this a bad mentality to have? Im getting older now and been worrying about my future. Ive put myself in a box and im not sure how to get myself out. Sorry if im rambling on too long, just needed to vent this i guess.
