Is it not wise to name-drop on those job review websites (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc)? Especially for a negative review

The emotional side wants to so badly, but the logical side is thinking of possible consequences for that. Those review sites are anonymous, and obviously that would make it not as much so. I did sign a non-solicitation agreement and wondering if that could break that agreement, that is if those agreements are even enforceable. What say y'all?
