This has been going on for months, coz I'm a p to bring is up, but I'm fed up with it. They have minimal communication , say they will take 1h break then disappear for 3 hours . If he is unhappy with his job I don't think I am to be punished. My manager does not pay attention although she says she does.
I have brought this up very mildly, and told her “Hey all of the workload is being assigned to me, can you please check” she brought some lame reasons.
Please don't tell me to get down to his level, I already am doing “My anti-work” exercises, for example instead of 1 hour, I go to break 1 hour and 15 minutes. But really I don't want to lose my job. This coworker also stalks me, and randomly gets online during later shifts where I work alone.
