So during covid, we all worked remotely..then slowly started going back into the office. Eventually we agreed to two days a week remote. Fast forward to a couple months ago he took one more remote day away from me. So now it's 4 days a week remote. Keep in mind I can do 98% of my job remotely. When my bosses aren't in, sometimes I work remotely. Recently I left work early for a doctors appointment, then worked 2 hours remotely. He said he is not paying me for remote hours unless it's on a Friday (my day I usually work remote). Is this allowed? I'm in NJ.
