Basically, my brother works for a pizza delivery place. An order came for the other driver who wasn’t there at the time(later found out to be sleeping in his car) so my brother asked his manager if he should go ahead and take the delivery and he said yes. So he took the delivery, then when he got back the other driver showed up and complained that he was stealing their deliveries and the manager told my brother that since he was stealing deliveries, all of his tips for the night were getting taken away and given to the other driver. Is that wage theft?
