I have coworkers that have the same job title as me but they make me do way more work because they’re senior women. They act as if it’s not “lady” friendly tasks or “senior” friendly tasks. Even when it’s not my job to do them. I’m being overworked and doing tasks that are above my pay grade and outside the realm of my job title. Any advice or tips? Is there anything I can do?
