Is my superior allowed to sign my name on emails?

Some context, I volunteer at a non profit and was away for some time. My job is to interview people to join our non profit. The way it works is I reply to their emails to schedule a time for the interview. When I came back, my superior had replied to the last 10 emails, signed MY name on them, and threatened to fire me if I couldn't make the 10 time slots that HE set. Is this something he can do?
