Is there any hope for student loan forgiveness with a Supreme Court?

I’m starting to think that colleges in the US saw the cost of college in Japan, and made sure that by the time interest was tacked on, the cost of going to college is the same, just without the conversion between the yen ¥¥ and the dollar.
