I am in a union in Michigan and we have 3 shifts at my job, I am on 3rd shift. My coworker and I are being made to do things that the people on 1st and 2nd shift (who are in the exact same position as us), are not made to do at all. Is there something we can do or file a grievance? We don't get paid more, they just force us to do it or we get in trouble if we don't do it, when they get away without doing their job duties. How should I move forward?
