I've (27M) been working the last 4 months in a new role within a hardware company. Promised a raise which never happened, poor working conditions/being overworked, and frequently getting harassed by other staff members.
The harassment relates to my appearance i.e. long hair.
One particular colleague frequently calls me princess, pretty boy and other borderline homophobic remarks. The highlight, was when I was trying to pull a pallet through the dock and he said to me 'wait your turn you F'ing pretty boy'. Among other things, this has caused me considerable work related stress.
I'm looking to try and take stress leave as a result, would this be a solid enough reason?
