Is this a pushy email, overstepping, or are these types of questions justified?

My partner has been off work for 3 weeks now. She has been to the doctors and is keeping her workplace informed. Today, she received this email and is asking me if they're asking for too much info. Including preempting the doctors advise on a return to work. I think they're overstepping massively and would not entertain those questions…… EMAIL READS… Thank you for coming back to me and providing me with an update.
