Is this allowed?? Shouldn’t it be at least an hours notice? Even an hours notice feels like too little and this is a retail job

This isn’t the first time they switch the schedule or ask me if I can come in at a different time and I’ve said no before but less than hour? I know it’s technically like a 57 minute notice which is being a little picky but now I’m going to work with no food packed and none of my planned chores completed. I definitely don’t get paid enough to feel like I’m almost an on-call employee
