Is this weird or is it just me?

Hi! So I have been looking for a part time job, just a few extra hours a week. I applied to for a part time cleaning an AirBNB fairly close to my house. The owner replied via Indeed and asked for my contact info “for onboarding”. I replied back and said that I’d like a little more information on the position before we get right into onboarding. He replied “I know, I will send more information which is why I need your contact info.” I sent it to him, heard nothing for maybe 4-5 days, and now I got another email from his “assistant” telling me to watch all these videos for the onboarding process. I’m not sure if it’s weird or not, like no interview, no anything, but I’m going into someone’s home? Sounds sketchy. To clarify, when I think of “onboarding” I think of actually being hired and…

I’m not sure if it’s weird or not, like no interview, no anything, but I’m going into someone’s home? Sounds sketchy. To clarify, when I think of “onboarding” I think of actually being hired and completing all necessary paperwork, etc. Maybe I’m just wrong on this.
