It is bullshit expectations to lift up to a certain weight.

I get that it is important to be able to lift up to a certain weight to a certain height. I was told to lift up to 23kg in weight up to my shoulders. I struggled, I don't do weight lifting or anything. But I did it multiple times, reaching my chin and each and every time we not good enough. On the report it says I could only lift up to about 21.75kg, and there is something about technique which might limit me from reaching the 23kg up to my shoulder. I am skinny. No muscle because I don't want muscle. I can do every part of the fitness exam EXCEPT lift 23kg. I genuinely hope that I get a cal back about this.
