it should be illegal to require a college degree or years of experience for entry level positions

i have years of experience i have a college degree i don’t think that any entry level positions meant to be a way into an organization/company/business should require either of them are you over the age of 18? yes are you able to communicate fluently in english? yes are you authorized to work in the united states? yes do you have a HS diploma or GED? yes BOOM! you’re qualified for 80% of ALL JOBS in the US requiring years of experience, and a college education is just their way of not training you. that’s all this is about: nobody wants to train anymore
