It’s so hard to be an employee

I am not a yes man. I hate “team building exercises” like carving a pumpkin together or signing a birthday card for the owner. I do not grovel at the feet of middle management or owner. This makes me disagreeable and ungrateful. They are humans like you and I. How I act in office is how I act outside office. I live below means and still have to work 2 jobs a full time and part time to get paid enough to save a bit for emergencies. All I want is to have enough money to open a business. My goal is to open a business because I know I wouldn’t be some horrible boss who is so in debt and over leveraged that I make others around me work long hours and days because I have to afford the office building because I don’t believe in remote work and…

Lately I have been looking into ESOP because I think with low capital this might be the way to do it. Thanks for listening to me vent.
Im just sick of corporate and want to break out but too broke to break out.
