Jerry Moment ?

We have an ethics reporting line at my work that I used to file a harassment and intimidation report (10yr employee in mgmt). Over many pages I described all events, dates and witnesses that were privy to these events over the last six or so months. The head HR rep said that legal reviewed my report and because I didn’t fall under title IX, they weren’t going to investigate my claim (it’s an “at-will” employment state). So basically I’m shit outta luck and now going to be “othered” for my report even though there’s a no retaliation policy. Before I quit, what do you all think of a Jerry Mcguire moment, where I send a message detailing my experience out to all management to beware of the action reporting line, “If you can’t sue, it’s not for you!” ?
