A few months ago the person that worked with me left and they replaced them with a new kid (I’m 22 and he’s 17)
This kid does not listen to instructions and treats the job as a joke.
We’re cleaners who have to clean out at a tourist attraction in the middle of nowhere (This is in central UK). As of right now he’s doing 2 cafeterias, while I do a massive toilet block.
He does a good job with the cafeteria’s, but does not do a good job with the toilets and whenever we do them together, I’m picking up after him, while he’s messing around.
I’ve complained about him to my boss multiple times and tried getting her to swap him with someone else, but she keeps making excuses on why she can’t.
I love my job and where I work, but I’m dreading going into work everyday because of him.
