Job Fired Me For Missing One Day of Work

I was working at a doughnut shop and missed a day of work by mistake. The boss didn’t even have the decency to call me and tell me I was fired instead he had my coworker call me and tell me that they would call me when they needed me. I don’t like playing the race card but I lowkey feel they fired me because I’m black
