I'm a interpreter and we use an app for taking calls and an app for clocking in out and breaks. I check my hours of the week today and they deducted 2 hours during the day because the app wasn't working and i was trying my best to troubleshoot and I'm sure it wasn't 2 hours regardless. I've sent and email and will update but I'm pissed. I'm sitting home working for them being away from my child and family fighting with this stupid app just for them to deduct my pay for something I have no control over and they didn't bother to check if I did anything nor they reach out and let me know that they were messing with my pay.
