Job is sooooo accommodating.. not

So this is my first time posting. Just for some background I have a disability. I’ve been working for this telecom company for almost a year. I recently had a disease progression and my doctor and my care team wants me to work from home so I can limit my exposure to potential infection. She also put me on potent immunosuppressive therapies. Fast forward. I requested a reasonable accommodation for my job. It would be a lateral transfer from field work to answering calls in a tech support role. They were gung-ho to accommodate me. Except not for the role. They made me apply for these other internal jobs that I have no idea how to do. Went to these interviews and they denied me these jobs because “I have ruffled feathers” ( 1) I’ve never been written up. Never had a verbal warning and they wouldn’t help me find a position that I can safely work. I requested that they actually help me find a position that I can do from home. Keep in mind this company makes well over 5 million a year net. HR told me that I should go on a leave of absence ( 2) I went to go use my PTO (had close to 190 hours of PTO) which just disappeared. Now the icing on the cake is my care was transferred to a local university medical center that has an entire section dedicated to the treatment of this condition and they’re now saying “we can’t accommodate you.” I’m not sure where else to go from here. Back to the drawing board I guess.
