So I’m looking for new jobs and I’m finding a lot of jobs especially in my field will make it seem bigger then it is. With my company I work for it’s advertised the income with tips so 25 to 50 an hour. But the pay is 16.50 to 20 dollars. I’m wondering does anyone else see that as a red flag. Along with jobs not listing the paid salary or hourly.
