Job Offers Advice

Hi, I would like to get some advice about my current situation between two job offers. I’ve been at this one place for 5 months, it’s a remote position. I work Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. The monthly pay here was $3k before tax since I joined, and they’re now offering to pay extra to keep me there as I left my two week notice last week. It’s a very laid back job, I sell stuff to leads and that’s it really. They’re now offering: $4,000 base $500 commission base + uncapped commission of whatever I sell $350 back in insurance costs They’re also offering an upgrade in three months (but they can’t commit to it): $5,000 base Unlimited cap in commission $700 back in insurance costs The new company I might start working for (next week) is also a remote position, back it’s more stressful is what I’ve…

Hi,

I would like to get some advice about my current situation between two job offers.

They’re now offering:
$4,000 base
$500 commission base + uncapped commission of whatever I sell
$350 back in insurance costs

They’re also offering an upgrade in three months (but they can’t commit to it):
$5,000 base
Unlimited cap in commission
$700 back in insurance costs

The new company I might start working for (next week) is also a remote position, back it’s more stressful is what I’ve heard from people who work there. They’re offering:
Benefits from health or life to pet insurance, 401k benefits.
$2,500 base
$unlimited cap in bonuses if I sell well.

Only problem with the company I’m with right now is that they gave a good offer within three months but they can’t commit.
AND that new company requires a lot of work just to reach the $4,000 base I’ve been offered. Although they’re stating sales agents there make 100k a year, so who knows how successful I could be there too.

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!
